Assitive Devices for mobility

Michigan Care Connect will assist to provide financial assistance so that appropriate medical devices can be obtained to improve with safety and mobility. Insurances do not always cover items such as but not limited to a shower chair, commode, toilet riser, walker, wheelchair, or a cane.
